The proven quality of “MoHo - Motorrad Hotels”
The quality management Q-MTS® specially developed for themed hotels is certified by TÜV Austria cert GmbH, DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
After two years in development, Q-MTS® was implemented in summer 2010 for “MoHo - Motorrad Hotels" for the first time. Now the services of themed hotels can be objectively measured.
Q-MTS® is underpinned by internationally implemented methods such as:
- Mystery e-mails and calls
- Criteria assessment of the hotel website
- Criteria assessment on the premises
- Mystery guest
- Guest feedback (Holidaycheck)
Adherence to standards of service
The service standards of the “MoHo - Motorrad Hotels” member companies (5 and 4 helmets) are regularly checked using the quality management system Q-MTS®, developed by MTS Austria GmbH. This objective assessment establishes the adherence to standards of service.
Q-MTS® shows up where there is potential for improvement and helps to improve on the service already offered. Q-MTS® facilitates the choice by its information standards, improves trust in the hotel services in resort, and protects from advertising that is not true.
