Deine Gas(t)geber
Carmen und Siegfried, das Wirtepaar im Hotel Am Reschensee, haben vor einigen Jahren folgendes beschlossen: Das Hotel ist renoviert, die Kinder sind groß genug und deswegen wird jetzt die Zeit dem Bike gewidmet.
Kurzerhand ging's zum BMW-Händler. Siegi sagte: „Gibst mir a Motorradl für 14 Tag, wenn's mir und der Carmen passt, dann kauf i dir's ab!" (Wohlgemerkt der Siegi kannte Fahrpraxis nur von schnellen Autos)
Der Händler wusste, dass Siegi Benzin im Blut hat. Egal ob mit 2 oder 4 Rädern, Siegi fährt alles, was einen Motor hat. Und so war's. Die erste Maschine war eine blaue BMW R 1150 R. Fleißig wurden nun auch Fortbildungskurse in München und Bozen besucht, auch ein Guidekurs beim Kai vom Schönauer Hof mit der Fahrschule Micha. Als die „1150“ nach vielen km zu viel Öl verbrauchte, wurde das Gerät gewechselt und nun begleiten wir unsere Gäste auf unseren Touren mit einer BMW R1200 R. Unsere Lieblingstour führt über Geheimpfade durch den Vinschgauer Apfelgarten über den Meraner Tschöggelberg an den Kalterer See. Die ideale Kombination von hochalpin und mediterran.
Wir sind stolzes Mitglied der „MoHo - Motorrad Hotels“. Carmen berät die Gäste bei den Touren, gibt Tipps für Einkehrmöglichkeiten und weiß allerlei über das Gebirgswetter. Siegi gibt Tipps, wenn's ums Bike geht, wenn es neue Reifen, Öl oder sonstiges braucht.

Motorcycle rental at the Hotel am Reschensee BMW rent & ride point with 4 brand-new BMW motorbikes for testing and trying.
Following fully equipped BMW bikes can be rented by our house guests, as well as by guests of the region.

Rental conditions:
- Minimum age 23 year and valid driving licence (the bikes will be primary hired to our houseguests and due to the trustworthiness)
- All motorbikes have comprehensive insurance coverage, deductible € 1000,00.
- The motorbike is given to you fully fuelled and cleaned. We will gladly take it back like that (otherwise we will offset an amount of € 30,00)
- No additional costs for driven kilometers
