When riding a motorbike in the Wachau, the Danube takes you from the Nibelungengau to the Krems Valley and from steep wine terraces to cool forests and nature reserves. Remarkable castles and abbeys such as the famous Melk Abbey line the route and, of course, regional winegrowers, cosy inns and rustic wine taverns are always along the way in the Genussregion.
