Großglockner - Hohe Tauern in Salzburg
You can easily call it an evergreen, a classic, a fixed point - the famous Grossglockner High Alpine Road, which has its starting point in the Salzburg Pinzgau. The western part of the Hohe Tauern offers the Krimml Waterfalls as excursion destination from where you get straight onto the Gerlos Alpine Road afterwards. The Hohe Tauern National Park, the Kaprun Reservoirs or the vehicle museum directly in Kaprun are also worth seeing.

Haus Jausern
Austria / Salzburger Land / Saalbach-Hinterglemm
As a trained mechanic and passionate biker, I knew early on what guests I would like to welcome in our hotel. Thus, we and some colleagues got together and called our group ”Vier Häuser für zwei Räder - Four houses for two wheels”, which became MoHo 10 years later.
As a good host, I sometimes have to be horrible to my guests. Especially when we leave on a tour to the Grossglockner at the crack of dawn to experience an unforgettable sunrise - all is forgiven after that.
When your dad has 150 vintage cars and motorbikes in a museum in the hotel’s cellar, then no further explanation is needed. At least not when it comes to my passion for anything on wheels. It doesn’t matter how many wheels as long as it is fast.
