The comfortable way to the Alps - either with or without your own motorbike.
The car train is also for motorcyclists one of the most comfortable transportations during a long journey, e.g. from the north of Germany towards the south as well as to Austria and Italy. Or also from the east of Austria to Italy. Normally the trains run at night, in order that you can spend your journey to the Alps relaxed in the couchette. On the next morning you reach your destination in the „MoHo-Land“ fully relaxed and you can enjoy your motorbike holiday right from kilometre one.
Although the German Rail (DB) gave up their car trains in 2016, there is a comprehensive rail offer during the motorbike-season at attractive conditions. We have summarized the most important information for you, in order that you can spend your journey conveniently in the train, rather than on the handlebars.
