Motorbike holiday in the Bavarian Forest

Nature, culture & unlimited riding fun

The Bavarian Forest is a paradise for motorcyclists: endless forests, lonely roads and a huge touring radius as far as Bohemia and Austria. Here, idyllic panoramic roads are lined up alongside cultural highlights - from the Glass Road to museum villages. Limitless opportunities for varied motorbike tours in Bavaria await you in the border triangle. Discover winding roads, pure nature & tours through the border triangle of Bavaria-Bohemia-Austria on a motorbike holiday in the Bavarian Forest.

Highlights for your motorbike holiday in the Bavarian Forest

  • Glass Route & Porcelain Route - experience culture & craftsmanship
  • Panoramic routes to the Great Arber & into the Vltava Valley
  • UNESCO World Heritage Site Český Krumlov as a cultural highlight

Jungle of curves & border triangle experiences

The Bavarian Forest is the largest forested landscape in Central Europe and a real bend in the road. After all, it is an approximately 100 kilometre long low mountain range in the east of Bavaria along the border with the Czech Republic. Between 130 mountains over 1,000 metres above sea level and seemingly endless expanses of forest, quiet roads, panoramic tours and serpentine mountain routes wind their way. Pure nature, far away from overcrowded routes. Cross-border tours are the order of the day as we explore the forest, castle and water-rich land of the Upper Palatinate Forest in the north.

Particularly exciting: the border triangle of Bavaria, the Czech Republic and Austria. From here we head into the Moldau Valley, on panoramic tours on the Arber or to Bodenmais. The Glass Route, the Porcelain Route or a detour to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Český Krumlov offer cultural variety. Passau, the city of three rivers, is also just a lively tour away. Here you can experience a motorbike holiday that perfectly combines riding fun, culture and hospitality.
