The family-run Bikehotel Diana is located in the heart of the Dolomites - surrounded by forests and mountain peaks between Lake Carezza and Nova Levante. The perfect starting point for the most beautiful motorbike tours in Italy - from the legendary 3 Peaks to the Sella Ronda, Monte Grappa to Lake Garda, the Timmelsjoch or the Stilfser Joch. In total, there are around 90 passes with panoramic views of the Dolomites right on the doorstep. An incredible variety of bends.
After the dream tours, immerse yourself in the Diana with all your senses in the endless sea of forests and mountains outside the panoramic windows - be it during an enjoyable sauna session or in the whirlpool on the sun terrace. In the evening, chef Peter and his team bring their love of their homeland to your plate with their South Tyrolean 5-course gourmet menus. With regional ingredients and plenty of passion, of course. As with the guided tours, there is also a lot of heart and soul, regionality and passion on the plates.

Albrecht not only guides you to the most beautiful places, but together with Sonja is responsible for everything organisational in and around the hotel. And because guest happiness and motorbike love are a family affair at the Diana, Albrecht's cousin Erwin will also be on hand with help and advice (and a toolbox if necessary) during your motorbike holiday in Nova Levante: Erwin has turned his hobby into a profession and also accompanies guests as a trained instructor.
The two motorbike freaks know every type of biker - and have just the right tour recommendations for everyone - the most winding roads and the best places to stop for refreshments are their calling card.
Albrecht, the incorrigible racer
Your landlord Albrecht has always had his hands full. Growing up on a farm, surrounded by nature and machines, he gained his first experience on a two-wheeler on a motocross Beta 500 - cross-country in forests and meadows. A beast of a machine, with tremendous power and a bull-like character that was almost impossible to tame. "The scratches still sing a song about it today. A joy and a challenge in equal measure," remembers Albrecht "The question back then was: who could keep going up the mountain until it tipped over at the top?"
After the Sturm und Drang years, he took to the road with a Honda 500 and a Yamaha TR1, the carburettor bouncer. A crash came as a shock and led to the - temporary - end of his two-wheeler career. And so it came as it had to: a cruiser was purchased to keep the speed frenzy at bay: a Susi Intruder M1800R. The consequences of the beloved riding at the limit of ground clearance: the footrests were almost gone, the engine block and exhaust were scuffed and the potential danger was greater than before. The brother finally brought the new one into play - since then, a Ninja has been in the Diana and continues to delight the mind of the throttle operator.
Erwin, the professional
Having always travelled with the two Ortner brothers, Erwin has always been one step ahead - from the cross-country track to the hill climb. He was and is one of the best on two wheels - and turned his hobby into a profession. As head instructor at the driving safety centre, he knows what he is talking about and has made safety his top priority after his wild years.
