From the Verwöhnhotel Vötter's Sportkristall you start on the old Kaprun road past the castle in the direction of Bruck. On long bends you head towards Fusch until you reach the Großglockner toll station "Ferleiten" with its famous wildlife park. A short stop here is well worthwhile.

After the toll station (reduced bike toll cards are available at the reception), you ride towards Fuscher Törl, to the Edelweißspitze at 2,572 m with a viewing terrace and magnificent views of our Alps (don't forget to take a photo!). The next stop is Kaiser Franz Joseph's Höhe at 2,369 metres above sea level. There you have the opportunity to visit "The highest automobile exhibition in the world". The famous Biker's Point is another highlight on Austria's most beautiful tour - a short stop is an absolute must!

Afterwards, you ride downhill on the wonderfully winding road towards Heiligenblut, the famous place of pilgrimage. Here you are faced with the decision to ride back to Kaprun via Bruck and Zell am See - or continue towards Lienz, via the Felbertauerstraße and through the Felbertauern Tunnel (note: there is a combined toll) to Mittersill, Uttendorf and Niedernsill back to Kaprun.
