The starting point of this impressive day tour is the Mölltal (Mölltal Adventure Hotel). From here, the route first heads towards Lienz and continues through the Drau Valley - perfect for rolling in before the first bends begin.

The excitement increases via the Kötschach-Mauthen area: the route takes you up to the legendary Plöcken Pass - a real highlight for motorcyclists with tight bends, little traffic and magnificent views.

After crossing the border into Italy, the landscape changes noticeably: Mediterranean temperatures, wide valleys and a relaxed riding experience await you around Paluzza and Tolmezzo. Here, the "sunny side" shows its best side - ideal for a cosy break or an Italian espresso.

The return journey takes you back towards Carinthia and once again offers fantastic panoramic views of the Alps - a perfect combination of riding fun and enjoyment.
