Kitzbüheler Horn Tour (Tour 7)
Along the Hochkönig
The tour starts on our local route, the Hochkönigstraße. This road leads us with
impressive mountain panorama and marvellous bends over the Dientner Sattel and the Filzen Sattel
along the Hochkönig massif to Maria Alm.
From Maria Alm, we follow the road to Saalfelden and then continue over the Grießenpass to St. Johann in Tirol.

The Kitzbüheler Horn
Right at the start of Kitzbühel we come to the Kitzbüheler Horn Straße. This road leads us with
numerous bends and hairpin bends up very steeply to the Alpenhaus at 1,670 metres. This road is a real
and from the top you have a marvellous view of the Kitzbühel Alps.
The Thurn Pass
Back at the bottom, we continue the tour southwards and cycle over the Pass Thurn to
Mittersill in the Oberpinzgau region. On the way down to Mittersill, it is worth making a short stop
and enjoy the panorama of the Hohe Tauern.
Zell am See and the Dientner Landstraße
The journey continues through the Pinzgau region to Zell am See. A perfect place to take a stroll, enjoy a café
or swimming. From Zell am See we continue via Bruck and Taxenbach to Lend, where we turn onto the Dientner Landstraße.
Dientner Landstraße.
A great motorbike route with lots of bends leads us through a narrow valley to Dienten am Hochkönig.
From Dienten we then ride back to the Bike & Snow Gasthof Lederer via the Dientner Sattel.
