MOHO - Hotel Monte Giner - Brenta Dolomiti round trip

We start from the Hotel Monte Giner and cycle via Malè and Cles until we reach Segno.

Shortly before Mezzocorona, we turn right again towards Andalo.

Once you reach this tourist resort, the road starts to descend again and shortly afterwards you can already see the emerald green Lake Molveno. If you want to take a break here, you can look for a cosy spot on the shore, otherwise continue along the left bank of the lake. On the right, you get a glimpse of the landscape of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, while Monte Bondone looms to the left.

Through the Sarca Valley you finally reach the northern shore of Lake Garda, the view of which is probably the most beautiful.

Lago di Ledro is reached after just a few kilometres. We then quickly reach the next high valley.

A dream road winds and twists its way through the sometimes narrow gorge of the Valle d'Ampola. A look back reveals the sometimes adventurous road construction. The narrow ribbon of tarmac seems to be glued to the mountain here and there. Suddenly, however, the narrowness opens up and reveals a view of Storo, to which the last fun hairpin bends lead us in a wild meandering descent.

The road leads to Tione. After crossing the Val Rendena and arriving in Carisolo, the route continues to the left as far as the Val di Genova. Once in Carisolo, the route continues to the left towards Madonna di Campiglio, crosses the Adamello Brenta Nature Park and winds up to the Campo Carlo Magno pass at 1,682 metres above sea level, which offers a wonderful view of the Brenta Group. The road then takes you downhill through the woods of the Val di Meledrio and past Folgarida. After several bends, you reach the village of Dimaro (766 metres above sea level) in the Val di Sole and then return to Mezzana and the Hotel Monte Giner.
