You start from the hotel via the old Kapruner Straße, past Kaprun Castle along the Salzachtal Bundesstraße towards Bischofshofen through winding mountain roads to the beautifully situated Gosau with its marvellous mountain panorama.
The next destination is Bad Ischl, a town with imperial flair and the famous Café Zauner, where the emperor used to get his "Semmerl". Now it's off to Lake Wolfgangsee and the legendary "Weißes Rössl" hotel along the beautiful lake scenery. From Fuschl Castle, in the direction of Salzburg, Hallein, Golling and Bischofshofen, you return to Kaprun
