He inherited his love of motorbikes from his father – Willi senior. It’s no surprise when you grow up directly on a wonderful high alpine mountain road!

The Flexen motorbike guesthouse in the heart of the small mountain village of Stuben am Arlberg offers beautiful views of the local Erzberg, Albona and Burtscherkopf mountains. It makes getting up there fun! And because even hardy bikers can’t live on just mountain air and horsepower alone, the host spoils his guests with a generous breakfast buffet with regional products before they set off on their daily alpine tours. And after fun on the passes with Vorarlberg specialties and freshly baked pizza in the hotel restaurant. Discuss the day‘s adventures in Arlberg in Willi’s Pub. Thanks to its beautiful location at the foot of the Arlberg and thus the crest between Tyrol and Vorarlberg, you can set off from Haus Flexen on beautiful day tours in the border triangle of Austria – Switzerland - Germany. Breathtaking alpine roads and alpine passes are right on the doorstep here. Take on the hairpin bends of the Flexen road and the Flexen Pass towards Lech – Warth, via the Hochtannberg Pass and Furka Pass and into the Laternsertal valley. Between Arlberg and Lake Constance you’ll also pass by the most well-maintained configuration of alpine dairies in Austria.

Willi and Willi Senior are motor bikers with conviction and passion. Their solid experience in tour planning and guiding has been appreciated by their guests for years. Coming initially to the Arlberg for skiing, their winter guests are now also visiting in the summer months when they explore the beautiful Vorarlberg mountain world and the neighbouring countries by motorbike.

Your hosts

Tours even to Sardinia are undertaken together with friends of other motorbike clubs, and the Harley Davidson Bike Week in Faak is of course also a must.

In 2003, Willi initiated the foundation of the local motorbike club MC St. Christophorus and organised legendary motorbike festivals. The airbrush motifs on Willi senior’s Goldwing reflect the passion for the unique motorbike roads of their home region. The Goldwing is one of a kind! Getting the two sons Kilian and Benedikt into motorbiking, they have already been practising on pocket bikes and, since 2019, on e-trial bikes, thus continuing the long tradition of the house.
