I have been riding motorbikes for over 20 years and have been running a "biker-friendly" hotel since 2009. As an enthusiastic motorbike and Vespa rider, it is my hobby to explain the best tours to my guests.

Like most of my Italian colleagues, my passion for motorised two-wheelers was triggered by a Vespa when I was young. Since then, for over 20 years, the virus has not let go of me! Of course, the bikes have changed in the meantime and my scooter has long been history.
At the moment, a Triumph Speed Triple is my first choice, a perfect bike for the narrow mountain passes and bends in our cornering area. I love doing my laps on it. The rides, which unfortunately are often only short in my limited free time, are the best way for me to switch off and escape the daily grind. Curve after curve up the pass, towards the summit, arriving at the destination and pausing briefly to enjoy the fantastic view. What more could a biker's heart want?
In order to combine my hobby with my vocation as a host, I made our main hotel "biker-friendly" back in 2009. When I took over the Hotel Vineus (formerly Schneckenthalerhof), it was immediately clear to me that motorcyclists should - and will - continue to have their ideal holiday accommodation here in the south of South Tyrol. Because I myself really enjoy it when the bikers come back in the evening and tell me enthusiastically about their successful trip.
