You can start this tour in the same way as the Bregenz Forest and Lake Constance tour, but it is also possible in the other direction, via the Hahntennjoch. With the Riedbergpass, Germany's highest pass road (1420 metres) and the Oberjoch, a detour to Germany is included before heading back to the Jägerhof through the Tannheimer Tal and the hairpin bends of the Gaichtpass.
