Short description
Varied, winding tour with long, flowing bends and moderate metres in altitude. From Brucker Zillertal, the route heads towards Achensee, over the long bends at Sylvensteinspeicher to Lenggries and through Bad Tölz (known from "Bulle von Tölz") on to Heilbrunn and Kochelsee.
The route over the Kesselberg leads to Walchensee. Former mountain race track, perfectly tarmaced, defused with speed bumps and rumble strips - still pure fun on the bends. Note: on weekends and public holidays, driving is only permitted from Walchensee in the direction of Bad Tölz.
Continue via Leutasch to Seefeld. If you want to bypass Innsbruck, you can take the A12 motorway, otherwise continue downstream through the Inntal valley back to Hotel Sonnleiten.
