Timmelsjoch and Stubai Alps
The inviting side route to Ötz and the wonderful ride over the Kühtaisattel saddle quickly generate enthusiasm. The old Brenner road is then the feeder road to Italy. A short excursion into one of the 9 side valleys is highly recommended, as there is no shortage of scenic attractions. The crisp Jaufen Pass is a magnificent introduction to the ride onto the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road that follows, which offers a motorbike highlight of the finest kind at the border crossing to Austria. Here, the motorbike museum, rebuilt after the fire in January 2021, shines in new splendour. The unique 4,500 square metre experience is a must for every motorised two-wheeler fan. Afterwards, the hairpin bends of the Alpine Road carry completely enthusiastic bikers back towards Zams.
