Growing up right next to a mountain pass road, my enthusiasm for motorbikes was there from an early age - the bikers riding past left their mark on me. Today I live this passion at Hotel Bike & Snow Lederer, the smallest motorbike hotel in the Alps, where motorcyclists are my number one priority. As a chef, I provide culinary highlights, and as a biker, real insider tips. my guests can choose from 17 routes that I have worked out myself, complete with pictures and tips - and I know every bend personally.
My favourite tour? Definitely the "Königstour" around our local mountain Hochkönig - with marvellous panoramic roads such as the Rossfeldstraße and the Postalmstraße. Away from the road, the flexible Biker's Point provides a place to exchange ideas, tips and tour planning - uncomplicated and directly with me. I'm on the road myself on my KTM 890 Duke, and it's precisely this authenticity that our guests appreciate: familiar, honest and full of passion for motorcycling.
